With offices in Uberlândia (MG) and São Paulo (SP), and team members across hundreds of cities, TQI has earned and maintained the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for over 7 years, and ranks among the top 80+ in GPTW’s Technology category—reaffirming its commitment to fostering a diverse, innovative, and high-performance work environment. **Work Model:** 100% Remote **Employment Type:** CLT **What We’re Looking For:** **Knowledge of the Função system for:** Payroll Deduction Loans and FGTS (Authorizer, Backoffice, GV, Web Employer, Web FGTS, Access Management, Portability, SIC, and GED); Proficiency in handling Função system workflows; Experience with Relational Databases (SQL Server); Knowledge of SQL, including creation and analysis of Stored Procedures and maintenance of database objects; Experience in credit operations. **Desirable:** Knowledge of Web Services and Web APIs; Experience using and developing APIs. **Your Responsibilities:** Identify opportunities and risks together with business and operations areas, contributing to projects, improvements, maintenance, and corrections; Continuously evaluate processes, proposing optimizations to routines and workflows; Analyze solutions proposed by vendors for projects, improvements, and corrections; Participate in the full development lifecycle of new features, products, and fixes—including solution design, requirements understanding, installation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), implementation, and post-production monitoring; Monitor and develop product monitoring systems; Map processes and build/update knowledge bases, including creating activity manuals; Participate in Agile ceremonies. **Nice-to-Have:** Experience in financial institutions; Knowledge of Public and Federal Payroll Deduction Loans. **What We Offer:** You’ll be part of diverse, high-performing teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
