Because it’s more than a job opening—it’s a position at Senior. **ABOUT THE CHALLENGE:** We are seeking a professional responsible for structuring, consolidating, and ensuring the quality of information required to meet the international sustainability disclosure standards IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 (ISSB), guaranteeing consistency, traceability, and integration with corporate risk management and financial reporting processes. The analyst will coordinate data collection, consolidation of information, and preparation of disclosures related to sustainability and climate risks, opportunities, and performance, supporting the organization’s advancement in maturity on this topic. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the mapping and fulfillment of IFRS S1 and S2 requirements, including checklist development and gap identification * Coordinate data collection, consolidation, and validation with responsible departments * Structure and maintain a sustainability data dictionary and indicators, ensuring standardization and traceability * Support the identification and analysis of sustainability and climate-related risks and opportunities, integrated with the corporate risk management process * Ensure consistency and connectivity of information across corporate reports * Prepare documentation and evidence for audits and assurance processes * Support the enhancement of internal controls and sustainability data governance * Prepare the sustainability report (focused on IFRS S1 and S2\) * Monitor regulatory updates and propose improvements to reporting processes **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields * Experience in corporate sustainability, risk management, or reporting * Knowledge of frameworks and standards * Experience managing indicators, data, and reports * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency (Power BI is a plus) for data and indicator analysis **WHAT WILL STRENGTHEN YOUR APPLICATION:** * IFRS S1 and S2, TCFD, GRI, SASB, ISO 31000\) * Technology sector and other service industries. **Our Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * PPLR — Profit and Results Sharing; * Wiipo card with flexible benefits; * Wiipo Club with exclusive discounts and advantages; * TotalPass — Gym and wellness benefit; * OnHappy — Travel benefits and advantages; * Banked hours; * Citizen company: Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Birth assistance; * Pet assistance; * Senior Corporate University; * Career development plan. **The Senior Way:** Our culture respects individuality and empowers people through innovation, collaboration, and autonomy.
