Then join us in **CO-CREATING**, integrating our team as a **Support Analyst II**! **What will be your day\-to\-day challenges:** * Critical Environment Support: Provide Level 2 support for telecommunications infrastructures, data centers, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP), ensuring high availability and performance; * Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex incidents in data networks, virtualization (OpenStack), and Linux operating systems; * Change Management and Operations: Perform updates, patches, and configurations in production and staging environments, adhering to governance best practices; * Proactive Monitoring: Operate observability tools to proactively identify anomalies and mitigate operational risks; * Technical Interaction: Collaborate with Engineering and Development teams to enhance solution resilience and document operational procedures. **We seek candidates with experience in:** * Linux System Administration: Proficiency in technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting across Linux distributions; * Network and Cloud Infrastructure: Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs) and basic operations in public clouds (preferably AWS or GCP); * Virtualization and Containers: Familiarity with operating virtualized environments (OpenStack) and container management (Docker/Kubernetes); * Monitoring Tools: Experience using tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack to monitor environment health; * Basic Automation: Ability to execute and adjust simple scripts in Python or Shell Script for routine tasks.
