Description **Grupo Gérbera** is recruiting a **Commercial Supervisor**. **In this role, your main responsibilities are:** * Providing product information; * Managing a customer service team; * Structuring customer service workflows and area SLAs; * Creating reports and developing continuous improvement projects; * Acquiring new customers within the sales portfolio. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience supervising sales teams with focus on goals and KPIs; * Creativity to develop sales campaign initiatives; * Experience in preparing monthly action plans and managing KPIs.
