We seek a Commercial Supervisor with a strong Closer profile to lead the sales team and increase the closing rate at a company specializing in fleet customization (vehicle wrapping/covering, visual standardization, and custom projects). You will serve as the team’s reference in negotiation, proposal strategy, and decision-making guidance, working side-by-side with sales representatives on the most relevant opportunities, ensuring pipeline predictability, execution quality, and a purchasing experience that builds trust. What We Expect From You (Requirements) * Proven experience in negotiation and closing (Closer) and guiding consultative sales. * Experience in B2B commercial leadership (supervision, coordination, or informal leadership with strong influence). * Ability to conduct complex negotiations involving multiple criteria (price, timeline, logistics, schedule, quality, warranty). * Proficiency in sales pipeline and CRM: methodology, predictability, and KPI-driven management. * Preferred: Experience in visual communication, graphic services, vehicle wrapping/covering, fleet customization, or custom B2B services. * Availability for external visits and field support of the sales team.
