We are looking for professionals with potential to join our team—individuals who are committed and engaged in maintaining and improving the quality of our services in alignment with the company's organizational culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the butchery section under your responsibility regarding operations, ensuring its smooth functioning, organization, and service quality. * Supervise and monitor employees under your responsibility, ensuring efficient processes and excellent customer service. * Prepare and monitor employee schedules—including days off, attendance records, medical certificates, and vacation requests—gather relevant information on incidents, and report to your immediate supervisor. * Report to your immediate supervisor any complex issues or uncertainties that arise. * Participate in meetings as needed to present suggestions, improvements, and clarifications; verify products being offered according to the production list; remove expired, moldy, etc. items, record losses, and analyze quantities of unused products for future production control; * Contribute to reducing departmental costs—whether through minimizing raw material waste or avoiding excessive production—while consistently adhering to good product handling practices; **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Minimum Education:** Completed High School; * **Preferred Education:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree; * **Experience:** Experience in supermarket butchery operations. * **Training:** On-the-job training acceptable, with a 6-month initial employment period. * Leadership experience required. **Additional Information** * Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off * Compensation: Base salary + Transportation allowance + Shopping voucher (BRL 200.00) + PRV bonus + Hazard pay for unhealthy working conditions Founded by entrepreneur José Tático in 1987, the Tático Supermarkets chain introduced itself to consumers with a major differentiator: offering a wide variety of quality brands and products at low prices every day.
