




Live in São José dos Campos or nearby **Job Description** * Monitor sales performance by department and employee, identifying difficulties, analyzing high- and low-turnover products, as well as customer objections and feedback, helping to prevent issues and support the purchasing department; * Develop commercial strategies to expand the customer base, increase foot traffic in stores, and optimize profitability; * Train, motivate, and guide the team to ensure sales targets are met; * Provide regular feedback to employees, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared regarding new products, daily and/or weekly promotions; * Manage and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures; * Maintain Visual Merchandising standards, monitoring product displays and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the environment; * Prepare reports on sales trends, customer needs, profitability, inventory control (including losses, breakages, and damages), merchandise orders, and support purchasing planning; * Propose and implement innovative ideas to increase market share; * Conduct performance evaluations, identify development needs, and create career development plans; * Effectively handle and resolve team- or customer-related issues (complaints, dissatisfaction, etc.). **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, or related fields (preferred); * Previous experience in team management and retail operations; * Knowledge of sales indicators, inventory, and financial results. **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service; * Understanding of inventory management, loss prevention, and stocktaking; * Ability to prepare reports and monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Knowledge of merchandising and commercial strategies. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and people management; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Strategic thinking and results orientation; * Organization, discipline, and decision-making ability; * Proactivity and innovation in driving improvements. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the household goods sector or large-scale retail; * Familiarity with management tools and POS systems.
