What will be my responsibilities? * Manage the store and ensure achievement of results according to company guidelines; * Plan, organize, and control retail operations, including team leadership, merchandise arrangement, and inventory management; * Plan and execute sales initiatives aimed at achieving the results defined by the company's strategy through people; * Ensure high-quality customer service; * And other duties inherent to the position.
