Description
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred;
* Experience in the field;
* Knowledge of inventory control;
* Knowledge of production scheduling;
* Familiarity with system operations and WMS is preferred;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report generation;
Responsibilities:
* Monitor loss and return movements according to quantities recorded in the production process, aiming to measure loss and return levels for developing improvement plans;
* Monitor the production process flow, observing the execution of production orders (POs) and inventory movements of raw materials and finished goods;
* Identify, verify, and record discrepancies found, to alert the Finished Goods Warehouse (FGW) team for necessary corrections;
* Serve as liaison between the production and procurement departments to ensure material supply for production and to inform procurement about losses and non-conformities;
* Supervise stock team activities, assisting and cooperating in required tasks;
* Prepare control reports related to production process flows, highlighting identified discrepancies to support the immediate supervisor in inventory adjustment procedures;
* Update stock accuracy indicators in the production area to ensure effective inventory management oversight throughout the production process.
