Join our team as a SPECIALIZED OPERATOR. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect agricultural machinery before starting work, verifying engine operation, dashboard, electrical system, hydraulic system, engine oil level, coolant level in radiator, fuel, tires, brakes, pedals, and control levers; * Follow equipment/machinery operation manual instructions; * Assist mechanics in basic maintenance of agricultural machinery and implements; * Assist the washer in basic cleaning of the operator’s machine/equipment (interior of cab and ground-level areas). * Operate agricultural machinery or similar equipment for harrowing, application of soil amendments and fertilizers, material loading, planting, and harvesting. * Operate tractors coupled with implements such as planters and fertilizer spreaders; operate axial harvesters with grain or cereal platforms; * Comply with general occupational health and safety regulations and internal company policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience and knowledge in harvesting, planting, and terrestrial application. * Experience with GPS and auto-steering systems. * Knowledge of operations involving small-, medium-, and large-scale agricultural machinery and equipment. * Proven experience in this role. **Additional Information** * Life insurance (co-payment); * Health plan (co-payment); * CLT employment contract; * Maternity basket.
