Direct role in connecting brand, content, and demand generation We seek a Social Media professional to handle strategic social media management for Master Plants, responsible not only for operations but also for communication quality, audience engagement, and brand authority building. This person will play a direct role in connecting brand, content, and demand generation. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Planning and managing social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others) * Responding to and engaging with followers, leads, and customers * Prompt and high-quality responses to messages and comments * Organizing and tracking conversations, opportunities, and demands * Liaising with marketing and sales teams to align communication strategies * Supporting execution of content strategy and campaigns * Ensuring consistency in language, positioning, and brand voice **Requirements** * Experience in social media management * Experience in digital customer service (DMs, comments, etc.) * Excellent written communication skills * Agility and organization in customer service * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in commercial customer service or lead qualification * Experience with technical brands or complex products * Understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels * Familiarity with social media management tools Location: Bom Jesus dos Perdões, SP Please send your CV to **selecao@masterplants.com.br** or contact us via WhatsApp at **(11\) 95318\-9435**.
