You will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting equipment installation, guiding customers on equipment handling and operation, as well as performing repairs, inspections, adjustments, and technical handovers. You will play a critical role in our business success. In this position, you will report to the Technical Assistance Coordinator. This position is primarily located in Sorocaba-SP or Nova Lima-MG and involves up to 90% domestic travel. Team you will join You will join a dedicated Technical Assistance team focused on crushing and screening equipment. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, engineering, technical support, and the commercial department. What you will do Supervise standard equipment installation and commissioning, primarily crushers and screens, guiding activities carried out by the customer’s assembly and operations teams. Formalize technical handover of equipment by conducting tests and placing them into operation per Engineering instructions. Perform preventive and corrective technical assistance, responding to service requests and visiting customers. Visit customers to identify issues and root causes of low production capacity, resolving problems to achieve equipment design capacity. Clarify technical questions related to Metso equipment. Prepare Technical Reports according to Metso standards. Who you are Technical education in Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical fields or a degree in Engineering. Professional experience with crushing and screening equipment. Professional experience in field service, including installation, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance. Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, electricity, and automation. Skills in reading and interpreting drawings, technical documents, and manuals; ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
