We are looking for a professional to support and manage network operations, ensuring service stability and rapid incident response. This person will support the operations team (Tier 1\), handle critical failures, and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Activities: * Control, analyze, and update departmental operational procedures * Provide technical support to the operations team (Tier 1\) in managing network failures * Directly handle recovery from critical failures and service outages * Perform configuration and integration testing of new equipment * Prepare incident and network performance reports * Evaluate network performance and capacity * Manage scheduled activities and approvals in network environments * Interact with customers, partners, and related departments when handling failures and service activations * Perform service provisioning and contingency planning * Support training of operations technicians **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in: Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Networks * Experience in network operations * Intermediate English proficiency Knowledge: * Protocols: OSPF, MPLS (LDP / RSVP) * Technologies: SDH, DWDM, MetroEthernet * Networks: IP, LAN, WLAN * Equipment: Routers and Switches * Telecommunications systems and troubleshooting * Experience in customer service Advantages: * CCNA certification * Advanced English proficiency **Additional Information** Benefits: * Meal or Food Allowance of BRL 1\.040,00 * Transportation Allowance * Care Plus Health Insurance with co-payment (no monthly fee for the primary insured; BRL 231.19 per dependent) * Dental Insurance (Privian) * Wellhub (Gympass) * Private Pension Plan * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) * Life Insurance If you seek learning, new challenges, and the opportunity to grow in an environment that connects people, businesses, and technology, your next step starts here.
