We are experiencing growth and evolution of our products and are seeking individuals who enjoy building robust solutions, solving complex problems, and generating real impact in the lives of thousands of users. **Your challenge** --------------- We are looking for a **Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)** with solid software engineering experience, deep technical expertise, and hands-on experience developing financial products focused on credit. More than just implementing features, we expect someone who actively participates in architectural decisions, contributes to the evolution of our platform, and transforms complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. You will work closely with Product, Operations, and Business teams, influencing technical decisions and directly contributing to the evolution of Trampay’s financial solutions. **This position is intended for professionals who have already worked with credit products in production environments. We expect someone who understands the technical and business challenges of this ecosystem and can add value from day one.** **Key responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Develop and evolve high-availability backend and frontend applications; * Participate in defining and evolving application architecture; * Build new features with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and quality; * Develop integrations with APIs and partners in the financial ecosystem; * Participate in technical decisions related to Trampay’s credit products; * Ensure software quality through automated testing and sound engineering practices; * Conduct code reviews and contribute to the team’s technical growth; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in architecture, processes, and product quality; * Collaborate closely with Product and Business teams to translate business needs into technological solutions. **Mandatory requirements** --------------------------- * Solid experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in production environments; * Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript; * Consistent experience with React.js; * Practical experience with NestJS; * Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases; * Experience with AWS; * Knowledge of REST API architecture; * Experience with microservices and distributed systems; * **Mandatory experience developing credit products or platforms**, such as loans, credit granting, decision engines, receivables factoring, BNPL, or similar financial solutions; * **Ability to understand business rules related to the credit lifecycle and translate them into scalable, resilient, and secure technical solutions;** * Experience with automated testing (unit and integration); * Knowledge of Git and version control best practices; * Analytical, collaborative mindset, with autonomy, ownership mentality, and strong problem-solving skills; * Experience with event-driven architecture; * Hands-on experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS or similar); * Experience with observability and application monitoring; * Knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC); * Understanding of security practices applied to financial applications; * Experience in high-scale, high-availability environments. **You’ll likely thrive here if** ----------------------------------------- * You enjoy solving complex problems with simple, well-structured solutions; * You have the autonomy to technically lead the solutions under your responsibility; * You understand that technology and business go hand-in-hand; * You care about scalability, quality, security, and continuous software evolution; * You enjoy collaborating, sharing knowledge, and elevating the team’s technical level. **What we offer** -------------------- * A highly autonomous work environment; * The opportunity to build financial solutions that impact thousands of Brazilian workers; * Active participation in technical decisions and platform architecture evolution; * Close interaction with leadership and Product and Business teams; * A collaborative environment with space for innovation and professional growth; * Health Insurance; * Caju Card: + R$ 700/month (PJ); + R$ 1\.000/month (CLT); * 2 days off during your birthday month; * Additional R$ 350 credit on the Caju Card during your birthday month.
