Job Summary: We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies, manage workflow, and facilitate impediment resolution, promoting continuous improvement and a results-oriented approach. This principle is reinforced throughout our hiring process and lived daily within the company.*** We know that outstanding results are achieved only with an outstanding team; therefore, we seek talented and passionate individuals who aspire to grow professionally and build a career path with us. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective). * Manage workflow using Scrum and Kanban, ensuring transparency and a sustainable pace. * Plan deliveries, manage risks, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders (based on PMI standards). * Facilitate impediment resolution, promote continuous improvement, and support the team in organizing requests. * Maintain focus on delivery, results, and quality while retaining a strategic view of the whole. * Foster a collaborative environment using facilitation techniques that encourage alignment, collaboration, and productivity. * Work with the team on prioritization and goal achievement, monitoring delivery KPIs. **Essential Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). * Integrated project management foundation: planning, risk management, and communication. * Proficiency with management tools such as Azure Boards. * Strong facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Delivery-oriented mindset, holistic vision, strategic capability, and clear communication. * Focus on quality, delivery pace, and team efficiency.
