**What will be your responsibilities?**
* End-to-end project management
* Detailed contractual analysis
* Planning and control of deliverables according to contractual milestones
* Continuous project risk/opportunity management
* Continuous project cost management – CAPEX/OPEX
* Well-founded claim management
* Management of multiple suppliers
* Project control and execution using PMI methodology
* Periodic project status presentations (Project Review)
* Interface with supporting departments — Factory, Logistics, Procurement, and Engineering — to drive the project
* Project control and execution using IPMA methodology
* Pursue continuous quality improvement through training, dissemination, and adherence to objectives, policies, principles, standards, and procedures defined in the Quality Management System
* Periodic project status presentations (Project Review)
* Interface with all project stakeholders
**What qualifications are we seeking?**
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering disciplines related to the field, such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering, among others
* Proven prior experience of at least 15 years in Project Management, with direct experience as a Project Manager
* Prior or current employment at Siemens or any company within the Siemens Group is considered advantageous, as familiarity with internal processes is valuable
* Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management or Business Management is considered advantageous
* PMP and/or IPMA-C certification
* Fluent English — includes an interview stage with the USA
* Fluent Spanish is considered advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project
* Willingness to travel occasionally to the US, UK, and LATAM
**Work location and employment model:**
* CLT employment contract, hybrid work model (remote work on certain days of the week!)
* Jundiaí — São Paulo
