Therefore, all our openings are open to people of any gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or persons with disabilities (PwD). ### **What you’ll do:** **People Analytics & Data Intelligence** * Build and evolve strategic dashboards for the People function, in partnership with the Data team * Design recurring analyses and ad hoc studies to support executive decisions, developing models related to topics such as: turnover, hiring success, performance, internal mobility, and compensation **Organizational Structure & Org Design** * Support organizational design and squad efficiency analyses, conducting studies on: span of control, organizational layers, team distribution, headcount allocation, and organizational productivity * Support structural reorganization and evolution projects **Automation** * Create internal data automations and workflows * Develop internal solutions to simplify access to and consumption of information by the People function and leadership **Strategic Partnership with Leadership** * Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives * Work closely with Business Partners, People leadership, and business leaders to identify relevant analytical opportunities * Influence organizational decisions through data ### **What we’re looking for:** At Flash, we believe strategic people decisions directly impact our business results. We seek a senior professional who combines analytical vision, execution capability, and structured thinking—playing a central role in generating strategic insights about organization, efficiency, and people dynamics.
