We have offices in Maringá, São Paulo, and Chicago (USA), but our operations are fully remote — we prefer to call it *anywhere office*. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Develop and evolve applications in **Java 21**, ensuring **performance**, **scalability**, and **security**. * Build APIs and services using **Spring Boot**, **Spring Data**, and **Hibernate**. * Participate in defining technical solutions applying **Clean Code**, **SOLID**, and **Design Patterns**. * Develop and maintain **automated tests**. * Work in a **Cloud** environment, preferably **GCP**, using **messaging**, **Kubernetes**, and **file store**. * Work with **databases: SQL and NoSQL** (PostgreSQL and Oracle). * Use **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** to boost productivity and enable continuous improvement. * Contribute technically to the team in an **agile** environment. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Solid experience with **Java 21** (including **lambdas**). * Knowledge of **Spring Framework** (**Spring Boot**, **Spring Data**). * Experience with **Hibernate**. * Strong understanding of **Object-Oriented Programming**. * Consistent application of **Clean Code**, **SOLID**, and **Design Patterns**. * Experience with **Automated Testing**. * Knowledge of **algorithms** and **data structures**. * Experience with **Git**. * Experience with **Cloud**, preferably **GCP** (messaging, **Kubernetes**, **file store**). * Knowledge of **databases: SQL and NoSQL** (PostgreSQL and Oracle). * Familiarity with **OpenAPI Specification**. * Intermediate to advanced **English** proficiency. * Experience using **AI applied to software development**. **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Knowledge of **business rules related to credit bureaus**. * **Cloud certification** (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure). * Experience with **microservices architecture**. * Knowledge of **CI/CD** and automated pipelines. * Experience with **observability** (monitoring, metrics, and logs). * Experience with **messaging-based integration** (event-driven). * Experience with **DevOps practices**. * Advanced use of **generative AI** for software engineering. **HIRING PROCESS STEPS:** * Application submission * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview \+ Live coding * Client interview * Hiring.
