Continuous growth results from investments in quality and operations, positioning us as one of Brazil's leading investment groups. **Join Us!** #### **What Are We Looking For?** We are seeking a Senior professional to develop and evolve critical systems, with a focus on performance, scalability, and quality. #### **Daily Responsibilities:** * Lead development using Java \+ Spring Boot \+ Angular; * Build microservices and REST APIs; * Troubleshoot and optimize performance; * Optimize SQL queries and large data volumes; * Evolve and define architecture; * Conduct code reviews. #### **Required Qualifications:** * Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot; * Solid experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, AWS, Kafka, and Redis; * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related fields. #### **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience with high-scale systems; * Knowledge of observability/monitoring; * Proficiency in SQL. #### **What We Offer:** * Employment type: CLT * Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM #### **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance: Your choice!
