Full Stack development (React/.NET) in a production environment **About the Project** You will serve as a technical reference in evolving a SaaS platform used daily by thousands of agents across the United States. This is a mature system with continuous operations and direct business impact. Here, the challenge is not “starting from scratch” but rather evolving responsibly—maintaining stability while sustaining technical decisions that support scalability and continuity. We seek someone who contributes beyond execution: elevating the team’s technical level, participating in architectural decisions, and helping maintain long-term consistency. **Your Responsibilities** * Develop and evolve front-end (React) and back-end (.NET) features in a production environment * Design, build, and review REST APIs with emphasis on performance and maintainability * Work with relational databases, including modeling, optimization, and impact analysis * Actively investigate and resolve production issues * Lead and qualify code reviews, promoting standards and best practices * Support technical decisions alongside the team and partner areas * Contribute to long-term architectural evolution and code sustainability **Requirements** * Minimum of 4 years of production Full Stack development experience * Advanced proficiency in React (component architecture, performance, patterns, and state management) * Solid experience with C# and .NET, applying principles such as SOLID and Clean Code * Ability to model, analyze, and optimize relational databases in high-volume scenarios * Experience with automated testing (unit and/or integration tests) * Familiarity with CI/CD practices **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Azure or AWS * Prior experience with high-availability systems * Experience serving as a technical reference or mentor to other developers **Work Model** 100% remote (Brazil).
