Our commitment is to deliver scalable, customized solutions that make a tangible difference in people's lives. ### **About the Role:** We are seeking a **Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)** with strong experience in **AWS**, to drive the evolution of our technology platform. This role will be both strategic and hands-on, responsible for ensuring the **reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of systems**, while also serving as the technical reference for the DevOps team. The focus will be on balancing **delivery speed with stability**, through automation, sound engineering practices, and data-driven decision-making using metrics. ### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and evolve **CI/CD pipelines**, incorporating modern deployment strategies (canary, rollback, feature flags) * Automate infrastructure provisioning using **Terraform (IaC)** * Ensure **high availability, resilience, and scalability** of systems * Manage and evolve environments on **AWS** * Implement and enhance **observability practices (Datadog)** * Define, monitor, and refine **SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets** * Lead **incident management** and continuous improvement of reliability * Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize delivery flow * Partner with architecture teams to define standards and technical decisions * Manage environments with **containers and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes)** * Implement and maintain **cloud security policies (IAM, Zero Trust, etc.)** * Contribute to building and evolving an **internal platform (Platform Engineering)** * Automate processes and reduce **operational toil** ### **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven experience as an **SRE / DevOps engineer in AWS environments** * Proficiency in **AWS** (architecture, services, and best practices) * Experience with **Docker and Kubernetes** * Experience with **CI/CD** and modern deployment strategies * Mandatory experience with **Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)** * Hands-on experience with **messaging and distributed systems** (Kafka, SQS or similar) * Experience with **cloud security** (IAM, access control, Zero Trust) * Experience with **Datadog** or other observability tools * Experience with **Platform Engineering** * Practical knowledge of reliability metrics: SLO, SLA, Error Budget * Experience with modern architectures ### **Nice-to-Have (Not Required, But Valued):** * Familiarity with **DORA metrics** (lead time, deployment frequency, MTTR, change failure rate) * Experience with **Chaos Engineering** (Gremlin, Litmus or similar) * Experience with **Backstage** * Knowledge of **FinOps** (cloud cost management) * **AWS certifications** ### **What We Offer:** * PJ contract and fully remote work * TotalPass * An autonomous environment focused on results and continuous learning * Meaningful projects with real-world technological and innovative challenges Opportunity to work with cloud, generative AI, and modern architecture.
