Mentoring less experienced colleagues and disseminating best practices. ### **Join South System and take off!** We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to board our spaceship and, together, empower people and businesses through innovation. #### **Location: Remote** **Responsibilities:** * Designing and implementing processes and applications using Machine Learning or Generative AI to deliver business value through insights, categorization, process automation, or new products. * Translating complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical teams, facilitating collaboration and mutual understanding. * Working closely with other teams, anticipating needs, and providing support to ensure project success. * Resolving disagreements and conflicts within the team, promoting a harmonious and productive work environment. * Guiding less experienced colleagues, supporting team professional growth, and disseminating best practices. * Developing projects involving processes and products that leverage Machine Learning and GenAI—from solution conception and refinement of solution details, through process execution, model and prompt development, to production monitoring. * Maintaining AI-powered processes, ensuring service execution and availability, as well as model accuracy and other performance parameters per specifications. **Required Qualifications:** * Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and solid knowledge of backend languages (Java, Go, or Node.js) for productive integrations. * AI & LLMs: Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, LangChain, CrewAI) and prompt orchestration. * Voice & Audio: Knowledge of real-time communication protocols (WebRTC, SIP, WebSockets) and voice services (OpenAI Whisper, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud STT/TTS). * Cloud & DevOps: Experience deploying containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) and on GCP cloud infrastructure. * Databases: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and traditional SQL databases. * Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage high- and medium-complexity projects; objectivity; strong interpersonal relationships; sound planning capability; delivery-oriented. * Critical Analysis and Problem Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex data-driven problems using structured and logical thinking. * Proactively researching and sharing emerging technologies with the technical team to anticipate challenges and drive innovation and continuous improvement. * Creativity and Innovation in AI Applications: Ability to conceptualize novel uses of AI models—especially LLMs—to solve business problems or optimize processes. **Benefits That Make a Difference:** * Courses and certifications on **Udemy**, curated and guided by the Business Partner team based on team recommendations. * **Remote work benefit** to make your daily routine more comfortable. * **Financial education** to support your economic well-being. * **Flash Card.** Interested in this opportunity?
