Visit: https://www.genialinvestimentos.com.br **\#JoinGenial** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to requests from regulatory and self-regulatory bodies, as well as internal and external audits; * Monitor and ensure adherence to regulations issued by BACEN, CVM, B3, and ANBIMA; * Conduct **KYC** and **KYP** processes, ensuring regulatory compliance; * Perform due diligence on service providers, including digital influencers and advisors; * Map processes and conduct regulatory adherence testing within the Brokerage’s B2B area; * Draft, review, and update corporate policies, regulations, and manuals; * Support the delivery of training sessions and initiatives to promote a compliance culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in Compliance within the financial market, preferably at brokerage firms; * Practical experience with KYC, KYP, and due diligence processes; * Knowledge of applicable regulations (BACEN, CVM, B3, and ANBIMA); * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Intermediate English (preferred); * PQO\-Compliance certification (preferred). **Additional Information** * Health Insurance (Amil \- co-payment) * Dental Insurance (Omint) * Life Insurance (Mapfre) * Meal Voucher and Food Voucher (Alelo) * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Empresa Cidadã) * Childcare/Babysitter Assistance * Conexa Saúde * TotalPass and Wellhub * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR)  This position requires an in-person work model, and our office is located in São Paulo at Av.
