Interest in sales and commercial development **SDR Assistant (Part-Time)** We are a **young, multicultural, and creative** team working at an international marketing agency. We are seeking a communicative, organized, and investigative-minded individual to support the **pre-sales** function, contributing to **lead prospecting, lead qualification, and commercial funnel organization**. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct active prospecting (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and cold calls) * Make initial contact with inbound and outbound leads * Qualify opportunities based on client profile and needs * Schedule meetings for the sales/closing team * Update information in the CRM and maintain an organized sales funnel * Record interactions, follow-ups, and next steps * Support market research, lead list generation, and account mapping * Track opportunity-generation goals **What We Expect From You** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to engage effectively with diverse client profiles * Organizational skills and consistency in follow-ups * Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset * Interest in sales, negotiation, and commercial development * ***Minimum Intermediate English*** **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM–6:00 PM on Mondays; 3:00 PM–7:00 PM on Tuesdays through Fridays **Work Model:** 100% Remote **Compensation:** R$ 800.00 initially; after 3 months, the employee transitions into a growth track within the agency.
