




**Overview** We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with clear communication, speed, and a performance-oriented mindset to qualify leads and generate high-quality meetings for our Closers team. You will serve as the frontline of the sales funnel—leading conversations, filtering leads, and ensuring only hot opportunities progress through the process. **Role Mission** Act as a strategic bridge between Marketing and Sales by conducting consultative outreach via WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone; qualifying leads; and ensuring volume, quality, and pace in the flow of opportunities sent to Closers. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Prospecting and Outreach** Conduct inbound prospecting via WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, and phone. Initiate strategic conversations with leads and guide dialogue through qualification. Follow sales scripts and workflows with discipline and clarity. **2. Lead Qualification** Assess lead profile, interest, urgency, and product fit. Ensure only qualified leads advance to presentations with a Closer. Record complete and accurate information in the CRM. **3. Scheduling** Book commercial meetings for the Closers team. Ensure leads attend scheduled meetings on time. Manage daily volume of conversations and structured follow-up cadences. **4. Follow-up and Relationship Management** Execute structured follow-ups with non-responsive leads. Track responses, initial questions, and objections. Maintain professional, clear, and brand-aligned communication. **5. Analysis and Optimization** Monitor conversion metrics, volume, speed, and attendance rates. Adjust outreach approach based on leadership guidance and CRM data.
