About the Company A technology and services company operating in the B2B segment, with a high volume of inbound leads and a focus on structured commercial growth. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** Qualify leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email Understand customer pain points, needs, and context Apply a consultative approach Schedule qualified meetings for the Closers team Organize and update information in the CRM Perform follow-ups and lead reactivation **What We’re Looking For:** Previous experience as an SDR or in sales Experience with CRM systems Strong communication skills, active listening, and organizational ability Proactive profile with a sense of urgency and autonomy Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of SPIN Selling, BANT, or GPCT Experience in technical sales Advanced CRM proficiency **Compensation and Benefits:** **Base Salary:** R$ 2\.200,00 Meal Allowance (R$ 35/day) Transportation Allowance Health and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Birthday Day Off Profit Sharing (PLR) **Minimum Education Requirement:** Bachelor’s Degree
