Job Summary: The Pre-Sales SDR will handle inbound lead qualification, ensuring efficient outreach and identifying purchase potential for the Closing team, with a strong focus on performance. Working with targets, KPIs, and high performance expectations. **Who Are We?** LA DHE is partnering with our client, Clínica Cappelli — a leading clinic in hair transplants and hair solutions, operating for nearly 5 years across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Minas Gerais. For this role, we are seeking an **SDR \- Pre-Sales** professional to work **100% On-site** at our office located in **O2 Corporate \& Offices \- Rio de Janeiro.** We seek an SDR who demonstrates high proactivity, agility, experience in lead qualification processes, comfort handling high customer volumes, commitment, and excellent communication skills. **Work Schedule?** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM; **(At O2 Corporate \& Offices);** * Saturday: Alternate Saturdays only (one Saturday on, one Saturday off), from 08:00 AM to 1:00 PM; **(At the clinic located in Barra Shopping);** * Overtime: Compensated (on Saturdays, where applicable). **What Will This Professional Do With Us?** * Qualify inbound leads generated from the clinic’s traffic platforms; * Conduct prompt and efficient outreach to leads, ensuring urgency in response; * Identify lead profiles, interests, and purchase potential; * Record and update information in the CRM; * Forward qualified leads to the Closing team; * Work with targets, KPIs, and high performance expectations; * Ensure high volume and quality of generated opportunities. **What Do We Require From This Professional?** * Proven experience as an SDR / Pre-Sales professional; * Strong results-oriented mindset; * High resilience to handle pressure, daily targets, and performance accountability; * Strong communication, organization, and discipline; * Agility in outreach and follow-ups. **What Do We Offer This Professional?** * Fixed salary: R$ 1\.800,00; * Aggressive monthly commission, with potential to double base salary; * Meal voucher: R$ 20,00 per day; * Transportation voucher: Paid via Swile card; * Breakfast provided at the office. **Ready to join our story? :D** Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher
