





Job Opening: Pre-Sales Assistant (SDR) – PJ/MEI - Employment Type: Legal Entity (MEI) - Number of Openings: 1 About the Opportunity We are seeking communicative, quick-thinking individuals with a genuine desire to grow within the commercial area to work as an SDR (Sales Development Representative). You will serve as the first point of contact with our potential clients and play a critical role in generating qualified opportunities for our closing team. Responsibilities – Your Daily Tasks - Active prospecting of potential clients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media. - Handling leads generated daily by marketing campaigns. - Applying qualifying questions (we provide scripts and training). - Identifying customer pain points and needs, aligning them with our solution. - “Selling the meeting” and scheduling appointments for the commercial team (Closers). - Updating the CRM with all interactions and lead statuses. - Achieving monthly targets for scheduled meetings and qualified opportunities. Requirements - Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills. - Enjoyment of conversations and no hesitation about making phone calls. - Strong writing and typing skills (WhatsApp is one of our primary tools). - Organizational ability and comfort using systems and CRM platforms. - Personal equipment required: laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection. - Proactivity, autonomy, and results-driven motivation. - Prior SDR experience is not required, but a commercial mindset is essential. Advantages (not mandatory but highly valued) - Experience in pre-sales, SDR roles, call centers, telemarketing, or commercial customer service. - Experience managing scheduling or sales targets. - Proficiency with social media and WhatsApp outreach.
