This person will be responsible for making the first contact with potential customers, understanding their logistics needs, and forwarding qualified opportunities to the sales team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Actively prospect new clients (B2B). * Make initial contact with leads. * Qualify leads according to criteria defined by the sales team. * Record information in the CRM. * Support the sales team in pipeline organization. * Maintain clear and professional communication with potential customers. **Minimum Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, proactive profile with a willingness to learn. * Basic knowledge of sales or commercial customer service. * Proficiency with digital tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as an SDR, sales representative, or in B2B customer service. * Basic familiarity with CRM systems. * Knowledge of the logistics or transportation sector. **Expected Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong communication skills. * Organization and accountability. * Resilience in handling rejections. * Interest in professional development within the commercial area.
