Main Responsibilities Make first contact with leads (WhatsApp, phone call, e\-mail, Instagram/LinkedIn, as per company channel). Qualify leads based on defined criteria (profile, need, urgency, budget, decision-maker, etc.). Conduct initial diagnosis (questionnaire) and identify customer pain points/objectives. Schedule qualified meetings for closers/sales representatives and ensure a clear handover. Record and update all interactions in the CRM (pipeline, activities, cadences, tags). Execute follow\-up and reactivation cadences for cold/warm leads. Work toward volume and quality targets: contacts/day, response rate, scheduled meetings, SQLs, attendance, conversion. Support continuous improvement: suggest adjustments to scripts, objections handling, qualification, and segmentation. Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and align campaigns. Requirements (Essential) Strong verbal and written communication skills, conciseness, and a consultative attitude. Organization and discipline for cadence routines and CRM management. Proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets, CRM, e\-mail). Resilience to handle rejections and follow\-ups. Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales, pre\-sales, or relationship management (a plus, not mandatory). Desirable Qualifications Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station, Agendor, etc.). Knowledge of sales funnels and metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rate, no\-show). Experience with active prospecting (outbound), cold calls/cold messages. Experience in B2B consultative sales. Behavioral Profile Communicative, proactive, and commercially energetic. Curious (asks insightful questions) and goal\-oriented. Responsible regarding schedules, processes, and data accuracy. Ability to learn quickly and improve scripts based on data.
