We are seeking an SDR to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for sales representatives. * Support the Commercial Team by prospecting new customers, qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential buyers. * + Prospecting new customers: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, database analysis, and networking. Make phone calls, send e\-mails, and use other prospecting tools to contact leads. Schedule meetings with potential customers. + Lead qualification: Gather information about potential customers’ needs, challenges, and budget. Assess whether leads meet qualification criteria. Nurture leads not yet ready to buy but who may become customers in the future. + Relationship building: Maintain ongoing contact with leads and potential customers, building long-term relationships. Address potential customers’ needs and questions professionally and attentively. Represent the company positively in all interactions with potential customers. + Sales process support: Track the sales process and provide relevant information to sales representatives as needed. Conduct follow\-up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction. + Develop and manage a robust lead pipeline.
