




Job Summary: The SDR identifies, engages, and qualifies leads through active prospecting to schedule meetings with Sales Executives, maintaining detailed records in the CRM. Key Highlights: 1. Work with communication, persuasion, and organization As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers via phone calls, emails, and social media, using active prospecting techniques to generate interest in our products/services. Your mission will include qualifying leads—assessing whether they meet the company's criteria—and scheduling meetings between qualified leads and our Sales Executives. You will maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM and generate periodic reports on prospecting performance. **Requirements:** Commercial & sales experience, experience with CRM platforms. **Soft Skills:** Strong communication/persuasion skills, strong organizational skills, enthusiasm for sales work, communication skills. Results-oriented mindset, familiarity with prospecting techniques, prior experience in this role.
