Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and communicative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule evaluations, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Persistent follow-up with empathetic communication and active listening We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Your primary mission will be to conduct initial prospecting and qualification of leads—both those generated by our marketing campaigns (inbound) and those sourced from our database (outbound)—scheduling qualified evaluations with our specialists and ensuring an exceptional experience from the first contact. As an SDR in our office, you will be responsible for: Active Prospecting (Outbound): Qualifying cold leads by strategically leveraging the company-provided database to identify and engage potential customers. Inbound Lead Handling and Qualification: Receiving, responding to, and qualifying leads from various sources—including Google Ads campaigns, Instagram, our official website, and referrals—with the goal of deeply understanding each lead’s initial needs. CRM Management: Meticulously recording all interactions, activities, and relevant lead information in the CRM system, keeping data consistently organized, clear, and up-to-date to ensure sales funnel traceability and efficiency. Persistent Follow-up: Conducting proactive and strategic follow-up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet advanced in the process, nurturing relationships through empathetic communication and active listening.
