You will be directly responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers, aiming to generate sales opportunities for our sales consultants. Does this role align with you? Positions available in the South, North, and East zones of São Paulo. **Responsibilities and Duties** Here are the main activities: * Generate prospecting lists using commercial intelligence strategies through technology; * Identify decision-makers at companies via phone calls, email, or social media to present our products/services; * Enhance and gather commercial information; * Map sales opportunities and offer our products/services; * Schedule meetings between potential customers and our sales consultants to close deals; * Qualify and develop leads generated by our marketing strategies; * Update CRM and sales engagement software with relevant details about identified opportunities; * Practice social selling and deepen relationships with leads through social channels; * Share insights regarding prospect behavior with sales and marketing teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** What is essential for this role? * Emotional intelligence and empathy for sales, enabling you to connect customer needs with the benefits of our products; * Excellent interpersonal skills, both over the phone and in writing; * Strong planning ability and organizational sense; * Analytical mindset to identify new business opportunities; * Dynamic profile with a strong focus on results. What else would we love to see? * Social media knowledge. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
