The professional will be responsible for handling inbound health and dental traffic, performing the full lead qualification and service process for leads generated by digital campaigns (Facebook and Instagram). Responsibilities: * Proactive and responsive customer service via calls, messages, and personalized audio, with detailed explanations about plans * Preparation of customized simulations using the region's accredited network, based on the client's CNPJ, ensuring clarity and confidence in decision-making; * Preparation of dental plan quotations, adjusting coverage and pricing according to the applicant's profile; * Maintaining records of all customer interactions in the system \- RD STATION * Participating in training sessions to enhance sales skills Requirements: * Prior sales experience will be considered a plus * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team * Basic computer literacy * Completed high school education
