If you seek to join a solid, innovative company with a culture focused on professional growth, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** - Supervise and control all quality routines; manage documents and records; distribute the quality management system; monitor and provide relevant information to the system. - Conduct product and process monitoring and audits; train and instruct personnel; manage measurement instruments; and perform other activities related to the quality system. - Management in accordance with the “Internal Regulations”. - Monitor team absenteeism. - Responsible for area performance indicators. - Management of Quality System documents. - Resource management (machines, people, raw materials, auxiliary materials, and environment). - Control department budget. - “Good Morning” meeting. - Conduct performance evaluations of staff under your supervision. - Control and submit documents to the Personnel Department, Human Resources, Feedback, Performance Evaluation, Vacation Scheduling and Control. - Maintain discipline and ensure workplace quality within your department, ensuring staff under your supervision comply with internal rules and procedures, and applying legally stipulated penalties when applicable. - Propose promotions and salary adjustments for your team members in accordance with the company’s salary policy. - Hire and dismiss employees for your team. - Participate in training programs and manage attendance of your team members in internal programs. - Ensure continuous team development by identifying needs and promoting or requesting capacity-building initiatives. - Maintain adherence to the Quality Policy. - Ensure the Quality Management System complies with current standard requirements and customer requirements. - Ensure promotion of customer focus across the organization (meeting requirements and regulations). - Authority to halt shipments to correct quality issues. - Authority to halt production to correct quality issues. - Ensure processes deliver their intended outputs. - Perform other related tasks as requested and directed by your immediate supervisor. - Strive to meet manufacturing deadlines, analyze and seek solutions for production-related issues, and assume full responsibility for the entire process stage in which you are involved. **Requirements and Qualifications** APQP, PAPP, FMEA, MSA, MASP, CEP COMPLETED BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ENGINEERING / BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PREFERRED: POSTGRADUATE DEGREE IN MANAGEMENT OR RELATED FIELD PREFERRED: INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH (CONVERSATION AND WRITING) EXPERIENCE IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT **Additional Information** At **LICAV**, we have built a solid trajectory grounded in innovation, quality, and commitment to excellence.
