**Quality Analyst – On-site \| São Paulo/SP**

We are hiring a Quality Analyst to work at an industry that manufactures absorbent pads for disposable food trays. We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team and support the company’s expansion through the implementation, certification, and strengthening of quality processes.
This is a company founded in 2000, specializing in manufacturing absorbent pads for disposable trays used in the food sector, serving segments such as meat, fish, and poultry. We are growing and looking for a practical, organized, and proactive professional to directly contribute to certification structuring and continuous improvement of internal processes.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001-related processes;
* Development, review, and control of quality documentation;
* Support in implementing and monitoring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
* Ensure compliance with ANVISA RDCs and regulatory requirements;
* Oversight of internal and external audits;
* Support in standardizing production processes;
* Interface with administrative and operational departments;
* Support in complementary administrative routines related to quality and production.
### **Requirements:**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields;
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance;
* Experience in the food industry, slaughterhouses, or segments related to the food supply chain;
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance;
* Familiarity with ANVISA RDCs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
* Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail.
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in family-owned businesses or small/medium-sized industrial environments;
* Multitasking and operationally oriented profile;
* Experience providing administrative support to production;
* Ability to thrive in expanding environments and process structuring.
