Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Job Mission** You will join our Components \& Tools team and work on initiatives that define the quality standard! **Your Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities:** * Defining organizational QA strategies * Designing enterprise automation solution architecture * Promoting best quality practices * Participating in strategic technical decisions * Representing the team in quality committees **What We're Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree * Availability to work onsite in Belo Horizonte (BH), São Paulo (SP), Curitiba, or Recife * Advanced expertise in mobile testing strategies (cross\-platform) and large\-scale automation * Architecture and implementation of robust API testing solutions * Technical leadership in agile and DevOps transformations * Proficiency with enterprise tools: JIRA (admin), TestRail, qTest, Zephyr Scale * Specialization in frameworks: WebdriverIO, Selenium Grid, Appium, Playwright * Experience in automation architecture: microservices, distributed testing, cloud testing **Desired Qualifications:** * Expertise in multiple programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, TypeScript * Performance testing solution architecture: distributed JMeter, K6 cloud, LoadRunner * Design and implementation of complex CI/CD pipelines * Advanced knowledge: AWS/Azure, Terraform, monitoring and observability * Implementation of Quality Gates and shift\-left testing * ISTQB Expert Level certification, AWS/Azure certifications **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday day\-off * Baby On Board program and nursing room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U space (Belo Horizonte): self\-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations regarding the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer); **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
