




Description: We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for assisting in the purchasing process, performing quotations, negotiations, order tracking, and other related activities within the department. Responsibilities: * Perform product and service quotations; * Negotiate with suppliers for the best payment terms and delivery schedules; * Monitor the purchasing process from request to product/service delivery; * Keep the purchasing system updated with accurate and current information; * Participate in alignment meetings with the purchasing team and other involved departments; * Carry out other purchasing-related tasks as required by the company. Requirements: * High school diploma; * Previous experience in the purchasing field will be considered a plus; * Proficiency in Excel and other computer tools; * Good communication and negotiation skills; * Organized with attention to detail; * Ability to work in a team and under pressure; * Availability for occasional business-related travel.
