Job Summary: As a Purchasing Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and negotiating with suppliers, as well as managing contracts and analyzing costs to optimize procurement processes. Since entering Brazil in 2022, iMile Delivery Brazil has experienced rapid growth, delivering comprehensive, technology-driven logistics solutions focused on efficiency, scalability, and innovation. **Position** **Purchasing Analyst** **Main Responsibilities** * Supplier Identification and Qualification + Research the market to identify new suppliers of materials, equipment, or services. Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on criteria such as price, delivery lead time, quality, and performance history. Test new items to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards. + Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Manage procurement contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed clauses. + Cost Control and Analysis: Analyze purchasing data and expenditures to identify cost-reduction opportunities. Monitor costs and compare them against budgetary requirements and efficiency targets. + Process and Supply Chain Management: Plan and control inputs according to departmental needs across the company. Track delivery and service flows to ensure timely fulfillment.
