Document management and purchase order tracking Ensure the company's supply of materials and services, seeking the optimal balance among cost, quality, and delivery time, while maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers, by performing the following duties: * **Quotation:** Seek and request quotations from various suppliers. * **Negotiation:** Finalize the best terms regarding price, delivery, quality, and deadlines. * **Control:** Issue purchase orders, monitor delivery processes, and manage inventories. Additionally: **Issue and track** purchase orders until final delivery; **Resolve discrepancies** among invoices, purchase orders, and received goods; **Develop new suppliers** to expand catalog options; Register document inflows and outflows; Register and verify invoices, payment invoices, and bank slips; Verify receipts; Locate, review, classify, and forward documents; Verify data and dates; Update information; Receive, log, digitize, and send documents; Send and verify e\-mails; Prepare reports, forms, and spreadsheets; Update registrations; Serve customers and/or suppliers; Assess material requirements; Request and verify requested materials; Distribute office supplies; Control shipment and receipt of products; Verify document deliveries; Receive and make phone calls.
