This role involves active prospecting—primarily via phone calls—to qualify leads and identify business opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct active lead prospecting via phone, email, and other communication tools. * Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities for the sales team. * Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions in our CRM. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies. * Track and achieve weekly and monthly prospecting and lead qualification targets. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in customer service or sales roles. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to make cold calls and handle rejections positively. * General knowledge of sales techniques and customer outreach approaches. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Resilience and motivation to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. * Experience with CRM tools (preferred).
