As a Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include: * Managing costs, supply and service schedules, ensuring quality and compliance with technical requirements of the System (Hydraulic Turbines – Francis, Kaplan, and Pelton – and hydromechanical equipment such as penstocks, gates, and valves); * Defining the overall System scope based on the contract and overseeing the entire supply process—from mechanical design conception through to component delivery at site; * Ensuring correct interpretation of technical specifications and contractual expectations by all stakeholders; * Guaranteeing that engineering deliverables and supply items are delivered on time and meet quality standards; * Managing internal technical documentation and documentation from subcontractors; * Supporting the Project Manager in analyzing and implementing contingency plans to mitigate deviations; * Providing technical clarifications to customers and suppliers; * Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, proposing solutions in case of deviations (cost, schedule, quality); * Tracking Non\-Conformances and Change Management with customers, suppliers, and engineering teams; * Organizing Mechanical Design Review meetings and Manufacturing Kick\-off meetings for critical components; * Facilitating cross\-functional meetings and contributing to updates of the execution schedule and WBS/EAP; * Providing technical support for generating purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and participating in supplier negotiations; * Consolidating technical inputs to define supply strategies and plans; * Participating in supplier and subcontractor selection, negotiation, and technical discussions; * Validating and approving supplier manufacturing schedules. We expect you to hold the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Materials Engineering. We seek candidates with the following technical skills: * Advanced Excel; * Advanced English; * Spanish desirable; * MS Project; * Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD; * Experience in hydropower or mechanical/fabrication projects.
