The professional will design, develop, and monitor projects and policies across all departments of the company, providing support for agile methodologies and acting as a facilitator.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

* Design, assist in developing, and monitor projects and policies across all company departments, providing support regarding applied agile methodologies.
* Safeguard the annual strategic plan, assisting in the creation and continuity of defined objectives.
* Assist in applying the SCRUM/Kanban framework.
* Support company teams whenever necessary, improving their practices within the Scrum/Kanban framework.
* Assist in facilitating agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, replenishment, planning, retrospective, review, among others).
* Support the Product Owner (PO) in managing the Product Backlog and best practices for writing user stories?
* Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, programs, and squads addressing demands from all company departments.
* Identify, analyze, and remove impediments so the team achieves its planned objectives;
* Train and guide teams and the organization in adopting an agile mindset.
* Act as a facilitator in helping teams/squads apply best practices, contributing to achieving the Strategic Plan and delivering value to our customers.
* Conduct regular reviews for the entire company, squads, and stakeholders, keeping all teams updated on company projects.
**Requirements:** **General Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
* Qualifications in agile methodologies and project management.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Impartiality and sound judgment.
* Analytical profile and self-management skills.
* Methodological adaptability to propose solutions.
**Desired Requirements:**
* Prior experience in projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, or hybrids).
* Knowledge of backlog management, prioritization, refinement, and definition of acceptance criteria.
* Ability to create and monitor business maps, project canvases, kick-offs, roadmaps, agile schedules, releases, and increments.
* Proficiency in project management and agile workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday).
* Experience managing agile metrics (e.g., lead time, cycle time, throughput, burndown/burnup, velocity, WIP).
* Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, and project performance indicators.
**For Internal Selection Processes:**
* Minimum of 9 months of tenure with the company.
* At least 6 months in the current department.
