Description * Adjusting substrate filling machines; * Operating autoclaves for substrate sterilization; * Supplying raw materials to the substrate processing area; * Filling rice-based substrate; * Homogenizing inoculated substrate; * Spreading and perforating solid fermented material in growth greenhouses; * Intermediate homogenization of fermenting substrate; * Removing fermented substrate from growth greenhouses; * Organizing, cleaning, and sanitizing growth greenhouses, equipment, and work areas; * Assisting other teams in the department as needed.
