Continuously update knowledge regarding the company’s areas of operation, including new product lines, services, materials, competitive advantages, etc.; Assist in gathering technical information required for developing new technical/commercial proposals. Assist in identifying customer needs and developing differentiators that enable competitive solutions (“customized strategies”); Collect detailed information on customer needs using a standard checklist, for eventual preparation of customized proposals; Maintain and strengthen relationships by sustaining direct interface between client – DIM–supplier; Uphold and maintain the quality standards required and offered by DIM; Perform other activities related to those already described, as well as those occasionally necessary for the development and performance of the function or the team to which the employee belongs; Seek professional career development through enhancement of technical and theoretical knowledge — whether commercial, product-related, or service-related — inherent to one’s area of operation. **COMPETENCIES / SKILLS (BEHAVIORAL):** Mandatory: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics will be considered a plus. Characteristics: Strong interpersonal skills, good communication, and willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
