Here, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and be part of a team that values innovation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct initial outreach and lead qualification, both proactively (cold calls, email, WhatsApp) and reactively. Present the company's value proposition and forward qualified opportunities to the Sales team. Qualify leads according to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Maintain up-to-date CRM records and generate management reports. Conduct market research to identify new customers and understand competitors. Clarify questions regarding our products and platforms. Provide administrative support to the commercial team. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: High School Diploma completed. Pursuing a higher education degree in related fields is a plus. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales or telephone sales. Preferred Qualification: Prior knowledge of SaaS companies. Location: Must reside in Blumenau, SC. OTHER INFORMATION: Employment Type: CLT contract. Compensation: Base Salary + Variable Pay + Cost Allowance. On-site work.
