Job Summary: The post-sales professional will ensure customer satisfaction by strategically resolving requests, monitoring the customer journey, and identifying new business opportunities—transforming experiences into opportunities. The mission of post-sales is to ensure customer satisfaction after the sale, acting strategically to resolve requests, monitor the customer journey, and identify new business opportunities. **Your day-to-day responsibilities**• Manage complaints, dissatisfaction cases, and warranty processes • Collaborate with logistics, sales, finance, and executive management • Record and track information in the CRM • Conduct proactive follow-up with customers • Identify opportunities for repurchase, upsell, and cross-sell ]• Administer and analyze satisfaction surveys (NPS) • Diagnose improvement points and take action to resolve them • Reduce rework and interdepartmental conflicts **What we’re looking for** • Experience in customer service or post-sales • CRM knowledge • Clear communication (verbal and written) • Organization and deadline management • Experience with physical products/logistics is a plus **Standout profile** • High emotional intelligence • Analytical mindset • Sense of urgency • Excellent communication skills • Conflict resolution ability • Solution-focused (not problem-focused) • Ability to collaborate across departments **Job conditions** * CLT employment regime — 100% on-site * Monday to Friday — 08:00 to 18:00 * Salary: R$ **2\.525,00** + variable compensation * Transportation allowance based on residence + Meal allowance (R$ 33.40 per day) * Gympass, Birthday Day Off, Life Insurance * Cidade do Automóvel, Brasília \- DF
