Involvement in key corporate processes such as innovation and AOP. **Job Description** ------------------- **Objective:** The Planning Manager will be responsible for leading the company's macro-planning processes, ensuring short- and long-term strategic and operational decisions (IBP/ITP), balancing capacity, demand, and resource allocation with a focus on cost, service level, and cash flow. The role will proactively anticipate supply risks and bottlenecks, and support the team in negotiations with factories and suppliers to ensure robust service agreements. The incumbent will also serve as a point of reference for key corporate processes such as innovation, AOP, and strategic planning, providing operational inputs for medium- and long-term decisions. At the most operational level, the role will ensure execution of monthly delivery plans, monitor KPIs, and resolve any deviations. Additionally, the role is responsible for managing the pipeline and talent of a distributed team across office and factory locations, promoting development, alignment, and excellence in delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the DP Manager in leading the IBP process and co-develop demand plans with the IBP/ITP team; * Support the production planning team in developing plans to ensure stock availability and anticipate stock shortages; * Support the materials team in establishing SLAs, supplier replenishment plans, and service performance measurement; * Balance cash utilization with service-level delivery; * Minimize excess inventory and obsolescence; * Develop roadmap/pipeline for area enhancements — processes, tools, team **Requirements:** * Solid supply chain knowledge in the consumer goods sector (essential requirement). * Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership positions. * Prior experience in planning for at least 2 years, with involvement in planning processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on analysis and presentations. * Advanced English proficiency. **Location(s)** --------------- São Paulo \- Eldorado **Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority** **Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals** **with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes** **.**
