We are looking for an organized, analytical professional with planning vision to assume the PCP (Production Planning and Control) role at our factory. This position requires someone with strong sense of priority, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously, ensuring smooth end-to-end production operations. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields Proven experience in PCP routines and shop floor operations; Ability to analyze production reports and inventory control; Knowledge of production order control and operational KPIs; Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency; Organization, discipline, and strong communication skills. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** . Experience in plastic, packaging, or transformation industries; Familiarity with systems such as Omie or similar ERPs; Familiarity with raw material control, ABC analysis, and inventory management. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and monitor production orders according to demand and production capacity; Control inventories of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods; Plan daily/weekly production based on sales orders and commercial priorities; Monitor and follow up on production progress and adjust deviations; Record material receipts, issues, and consumption in the ERP system (Omie); Generate productivity, efficiency, and loss reports; Support the procurement department with material requirement forecasts; Bridge communication between sales, procurement, and production departments to ensure timely delivery; **General Information:** **Work Location:** Estrada José Cintra, Nº 175 \- Potuverá \- Itapecerica da Serra \- SP \- ZIP Code: 06882\-100 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, fuel allowance, basic food basket.
